MOTHER GOOSE PARADE

The Annual Mother Goose Parade, is held on the Sunday before Thanksgiving. The parade includes colorful and exciting parade entries, such as floats, marching bands, giant helium balloons, clowns, eloquent equestrians, special guests, and of course Santa Claus at the end of the parade. The parade route travels down Main Street. A tree lighting

follows at dusk on Main and Magnolia.

Since there’s no more Taco Fridays, you know SOMEONE will be ordering tacos for a meal. We will meet inside of El Mariachi for a pre-parade Mexican brunch at 11:00AM. Their menu is extensive and the costs are very reasonable.

If taking MTS Access, give the 190 E. Douglas Ave address to be dropped off near the promenade. We usually stake out our spot on East Main St in front of that same taco shop before brunch. Just remember, like at the concerts, you must provide your own chair or blanket to sit on.
